General Return Policy 

WENEED accepts returns on unused products within 7 days of delivery. We do not accept used product returns under any circumstances. All returns must have a valid order number. 

Cash returns due to personal preference will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Returns in exchange for WENEED store credit will not incur a restocking fee.

Shipping charges and rush processing fees are non-refundable.

When returning an item, you will have the option of using a WENEED provided, prepaid shipping label (the cost of the postage will be subtracted from your refund) or shipping the item back using your own label. 


    How do I file a return?

    If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may file a return for unused items within 7 days of delivery (damaged item claims must be made within 72 hours).

    For cash returns, there will be a 20% restocking fee. No fee will be charged for store credit.

    The cost of shipping labels will not be provided by WENEED. You have the choice for purchasing a prepaid shipping label from WENEED (cost will be deducted from refund amount) or preparing your own shipping label.

    We do not issue returns for used products.

    Do you offer exchanges?

    Exchanges are only provided for items that are delivered broken or with defects. Please refer to the shipping policy for instructions.

    If you would like to exchange for a different item, please refer to the How do I file a return? section above to return the item for store credit and purchase another item (return shipping costs will not be covered by WENEED).


    Can I return a broken item?

    If an item arrives broken, please see refer to the shipping policy.
    If an item breaks after normal use within 3 months of purchase, contact us with your order number and clear photos of the damage(s) to get a one time use coupon code that will discount a replacement by 20%.


    Can I return a used item?

    We do not accept returns on used items. There are no exceptions to this rule.


    Do you charge a restocking fee?

    Items returned due to customer preference will be charged a 20% restocking fee. In addition, shipping and rush processing charges are non refundable.


    How long does it take for a refund to be issued? 

    Once we receive the items you returned, a refund will be issued within 2 to 3 business days. An email will be sent for confirmation of an issued refund. Please allow 2 to 5 days after issuing for your bank to clear the funds.
